About Me

My name is Joy Sabattus and I am a Speech-Language Pathologist that cares deeply for helping clients of all ages communicate in ways that truly support their daily lives. I prioritize functional and meaningful therapy tailored to each individual’s needs—offering high-quality care without the limitations often imposed by insurance. We all want to be seen and heard and I have a passion to help others make this happen.

My Education

I earned my undergraduate degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduate degree at UT Health, where I received advanced medical training that shaped my clinical approach. My professional experience includes work at UNC’s Craniofacial Center, as well as Baylor Scott & White, giving me a strong foundation in both outpatient and medical-based speech therapy.

My Clients

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients! From toddlers to children.. teens, adults, and geriatric populations. Whether addressing language, speech, cognition, fluency, AAC or rehabilitation needs, I strive to meet each client where they are and help them progress with confidence.
